Real Madrid are close to signing Denzel Dumfries after the Dutch defender passed his medical ahead of a move from Inter Milan.

Since joining Inter in 2021, Dumfries has become known as one of Europe’s top attacking wing-backs. He played 207 games for Inter, scored 27 goals, and provided 28 assists, winning two Serie A titles and three Coppa Italia trophies.

Dumfries is also an important player for the Netherlands national team. He scored two goals and had three assists in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers and is expected to play a big role for the Oranje at this summer’s tournament.
